Rather than competing with its context, the architecture embraces the existing structure, respecting its proportions, materiality, and cultural heritage. Local stone, natural textures, and restrained architectural interventions create a timeless composition where old and new exist in balance.
Architecture Shaped by Light and Material
The spatial concept is defined by clarity, simplicity, and functionality. Open-plan living areas encourage fluid movement throughout the house, while carefully positioned openings frame views of the surrounding landscape and bring abundant natural light deep into the interior.
The material palette is intentionally restrained. Natural stone, timber, exposed concrete, and lime plaster create a calm and tactile environment where architecture becomes the primary expression of the space. Every detail has been carefully considered, allowing the materials to age gracefully and reinforce the authenticity of the project.
